City Of Hopkins issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
Weather alert!
Hopkins City Hall and other non-emergency external operations will close today at 3:30 p.m., and will remain closed through Thursday, February 23.
City Hall and all external operations will reopen on Friday, February 24.
