Bloomington Kennedy High School issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
Bloomington Public Schools will implement the Inclement Weather E-learning Plan for Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 22-23. Schools are closed for all in-person learning.
Our decision is based on the extreme impacts expected with this long-duration winter storm. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning with projected snowfall of up to 20 inches and strong winds for our area through Thursday.
High school students participating in athletics/activities should check with their coaches regarding practices and game events.
