City Of Minnetonka issued the following announcement on Feb. 24.
Snow forts are fun, but they can be dangerous. Please do not tunnel into snow at the end of driveways or large piles in cul-de-sacs.
When plow drivers come through to clean up edges, they may plow through these snow structures. That can cause serious injury to anyone inside.
