Help your older neighbors take care of the homes they love. Senior Community Services’ Household and Outdoor Maintenance (HOME) program is recruiting volunteers for spring clean-up, summer lawn mowing, gardening, weeding, minor home repairs and painting projects, and technology support for local seniors.

Youth ages 7 – 15 are welcome to volunteer when accompanied by an adult; ages 16 and older may volunteer on their own. There are flexible opportunities for individuals, families and groups.

The HOME program offers affordable services to adults over age 60 in Hennepin County and relies heavily on volunteers to fulfill service requests and make the program successful. To learn more or sign up, visit seniorcommunity.org/volunteer, email scsvolunteer@seniorcommunity.org or call

952-767-7894.
