Celebrate summer with a sweet treat at Cops and Cones June 6, July 11 and August 22, 1 – 2:30 p.m., at Scoops Ice Cream, 7700 West Old Shakopee Road. There will be a special visitor at each event—Chief Booker Hodges in June, a squad car in July and a K9 officer in August. Kids 18 and younger can receive a free kid-size ice cream. The Bloomington Police Department hosts Cops and Cones to connect with the community, break down barriers and strengthen relationships. For more information, call 952-563-4900.
