Notice of Public Hearing: To Consider Case PL2023-66- Variance to reduce the front yard setback

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 22, 2023,at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 W. Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, and by electronic means as provided by State law, to consider Case PL2023-64, an application by Valentin Romero for a variance to reduce the front yard setback along W. 81st Street from 30 feet to approximately 19 feet at 8101 Wentworth Avenue South.
