On Thursday, March 20, former St. Louis Park High School standout Selam Maher’s current collegiate team the Smith Pioneers won 49-47 against the UW - Oshkosh Titans in the NCAA Division III Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Cregger Center, this was the first game against the UW - Oshkosh Titans during the championship.

The Smith Pioneers’ next game will take place on Saturday, March 22 at 4 p.m. in Cregger Center against NYU Violets.

Selam Maher’s hometown is Hopkins and game position is guard.
