On Friday, April 4, four former Hopkins High School standouts, including Brock Zimmer, Gabe Olson, Marcus Champagne and Paul Safranski’s current college team, the Upper Iowa Peacocks, lost 15-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the UIS Prairie Stars.

The game took place at Robertson Woods Field. This was their first matchup against the Prairie Stars this season.

The Peacocks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at Robertson Woods Field against UIS Prairie Stars.
