On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Hopkins High School standout Lauren Granger’s current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Simon Fraser Clan.

The game took place at Los Lunas Sports Complex. This was their second matchup against the Clan this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 3:45 p.m. at Schaeffer Park against Lincoln Blue Tigers.
