On Friday, Feb. 14, former Hopkins High School standout Lauren Granger’s current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the St. Edward's Hilltoppers.

The game took place at Schaeffer Park. This was their second matchup against the Hilltoppers this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. at Schaeffer Park against St. Mary's Rattlers.
