Hennepin County issued the following announcement on Oct. 14.
Governor Tim Walz proclaimed October 16 as County Financial Worker and Case Aide — we join him in thanking Hennepin County's more than 600 human services representatives and case aides.
By helping more than 300,000 residents access food, health care, child care assistance, job assistance, and emergency shelter, their work is critical in helping residents become stable and self-sufficient.
