CITY OF PLYMOUTH: Pumpkin Drop available through Nov. 18

Pumpkin

City Of Plymouth issued the following announcement on Oct. 29.

The City of Plymouth will accept discarded pumpkins, gourds and apples Nov. 1-18 at the Plymouth Maintenance Facility parking lot, 14900 23rd Ave. N.

The Pumpkin Drop provides residents an opportunity to turn old holiday decorations into food for farm animals.

Residents should look for a dumpster with a Pumpkin Drop sign on the west side of the Maintenance Facility across from the gas pumps.

Residents are asked to remove candles from pumpkins to protect the animals.
