City Of Plymouth issued the following announcement on Dec. 26.
Members of the Plymouth community are invited to take a free CPR/AED training course through Heart Safe Plymouth.
The one-hour training sessions are open to teenagers and adults who are interested in learning to help save lives. Participants learn hands-only CPR – chest compressions without mouth-to-mouth breaths – and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
The course is free, but registration is required.
