City of Plymouth issued the following announcement on Dec. 31.
Residents are invited to the Plymouth Creek Center's Millennium Garden to attend Skate the Garden 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16 for an evening of free ice skating, music, lights and hot chocolate.
