City of Plymouth issued the following announcement on Feb. 4.
The City of Plymouth has prepared an Environmental Assessment Worksheet – which is now available for public review and comment – regarding a proposal to redevelop the former Hollydale Golf Course site, 4710 Holly Lane.
The City of Plymouth will accept public comments on the EAW for the proposed project. Comments must be submitted in writing by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020. Submit comments via email to planning@plymouthmn.gov or by mail to:

An EAW helps identify whether a proposed project has the potential for significant adverse environmental effects warranting the need for an Environmental Impact Statement.

The EAW may also be viewed in-person during regular business hours at the Community Development Department at Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Blvd. The Community Development Department’s regular business hours are as follows:
- 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday
