City Of Excelsior issued the following announcement on Feb. 4.
The ice access to Lake Minnetonka off of Water Street has been closed due to poor ice conditions. A map of other winter access locations is below.
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Water Patrol will determine when it is suitable to be reopened. Thank you for your understanding.
