Deephaven home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Deephaven fell by $254,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $528,000 - a 32.5% decrease over the $782,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Deephaven in March 2019.
