Bloomington home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Bloomington rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 37.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 20% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Bloomington in March 2019.
