City Of Rogers issued the following announcement on May 13.
Starting May 18, 2020, Hennepin County will begin road construction on County Road 144 (141st Ave N or N Diamond Lake Rd) from Rogers High School and Middle School to County Road 12 (Dayton River Rd) in the City of Dayton. The road will be milled and overlaid with some full depth reclamation where needed, and curb replacement will be done at the High School and Middle School as well. County Road 144 will be closed from County Road 13 (Brockton Ln N) to County Road 12 during construction, predicted to last 25 days. See image for detour route.
