City Of Excelsior issued the following announcement on July 29.
The Excelsior utility bills that were mailed the week of 7/20/2020 have a misprint in the dates of service. The dates should be for quarter 2 which is 4/1/2020 through 6/30/2020. These bills have a due date of 9/1/2020.
