CITY OF PLYMOUTH: Canceled: City of Plymouth Hosts Free Plant Swap Set For Sept. 14

Cancel

City of Plymouth issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.

The Plant Swap has been canceled after staff re-evaluated the event and found that it does not provide opportunity to comply with social distancing guidelines. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Join the City of Plymouth for a COVID-friendly free Plant Swap 4:30-6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14 at the Plymouth Maintenance Facility parking lot, 14900 23rd Ave. N.

Participants are encouraged to bring perennials or other gardening wares, and swap them for new plants shared by others. To get involved, participants should place extra plants in pots and label them with their common names. Seeds and plant wares – pots, tools, books and the like – are also acceptable swap items.

Due to COVID-19, masks and social distancing are encouraged. Parking will be limited to every other stall.
