Hopkins home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Hopkins fell by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,750 - a 4.2% decrease over the $286,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Hopkins in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Hopkins for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,455, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
