Bloomington home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Bloomington rose by $42,900 while total sales decreased by 70.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $294,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Bloomington in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Bloomington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,580, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
