City Of Excelsior issued the following announcement on Oct. 7.
The Excelsior City Council has adopted a Residential Review Process ordinance, which requires a Residential Review Permit for any new construction, addition or remodeling that results in the increase in volume, change in setbacks, or reorientation of a principal structure or accessory structure requiring a building permit. The Good Neighbor Guidelines, which are used to evaluate proposed a project requiring a Residential Review Permit can be found here.
