City Of Rogers issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
The City Council is currently taking applications for two (2) open seats on the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission assists the City Council with long-range planning and encourages high quality development by making recommendations to the City Council on planning and zoning requests based on the guiding principles of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan and Zoning code. The Planning Commission meets monthly on the first Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m.
Applications should be submitted online at https://www.rogersmn.gov/commission-application. Applications must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on December 31, 2020. Interviews will take place via Zoom during the January 5, 2021 Planning Commission meeting. All persons interviewed must have both audio and visual capabilities.
