City of Excelsior issued the following announcement on Dec. 26.
The City of Excelsior's hockey rink and leisure rink are now OPEN at The Commons!
The rinks are open:
Sunday - Thursday 9 AM - 9 PM
Friday - Saturday 9 AM - 10 PM
*No Warming House Available due to the COVID-19 Health Pandemic
*Portable bathrooms available
