CITY OF ROGERS: Outdoor Skating Rinks Open for the Season

Iceskate

City of Rogers issued the following announcement on Dec. 29.

Three ice rinks are being maintained by the City of Rogers Parks Department this year. All rinks will remain open until February 28, 2021, weather and ice permitting. Due to Executive Order 20-103 put in place by the Governor, warming houses and the Rogers Activity Center are not available.

Please plan accordingly to use restrooms before visiting and prepare for alternative warming options that could include private vehicles and hand/foot warmers. Porta-potties and timers are being delivered today. Please remember that shared surfaces such as tables, benches, and goals are not sanitized and that you should maintain 12 feet of space from non-household members while on the ice and 6 feet of space when off the ice. Please visit www.rogersmn.gov/publicskating for more info!
