It's maple syrup season, which is literally the sweetest time of the year at the Outdoor Center!
Our Nature Preschoolers recently had the opportunity to tap maple trees and help collect sap from buckets spread throughout the woods. The best part of it all?
This lesson involved samples of both fresh sap (straight from the tree!) and the finished product, syrup!
