Of the 4,591 people living in Wayzata in 2020, 52.6 percent (2,414) were women and 47.4 percent (2,177) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Hennepin News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 82. In the 65 and over age range, there were 955 females and 657 males.
