City Of Hopkins issued the following announcement on Jun. 15.
It's summer, which means those garage sale signs will be popping up all over town! Hopkins City Code allows residents to host two garage sales per year, with each sale not exceeding three days.
Keep in mind, posting signs on utility poles, light poles, traffic light poles, stop sign poles, or in the public right-of-way, including boulevards and intersections, is not allowed in Hopkins.
Unauthorized signs placed on public property will be removed. Signs cannot be posted on private property without obtaining prior permission from the property owner.
