City Of Hopkins issued the following announcement on Sep. 29.
Trilogy Real Estate Group held a ground breaking ceremony today for Phase II of The Hallon (formerly Blake Road Station), which will include a 7-story, commercial and residential mixed-use multiple unit apartment building with 250 residential units, 10,000 square feet of commercial space and 339 enclosed parking spaces.
The Hallon development project is a three-phase, multi-modal transit-oriented development adjacent to the Blake Road Southwest Light Rail Transit station.
