City Of Wayzata issued the following announcement on Feb. 02.
After extensive community engagement and working through a design development and construction document process, on January 10, 2023, the Wayzata City Council approved the construction documents of Panoway Phase 2A (Boardwalk & Docks) and Phase 2B (Section Foreman House).
This approval completes the construction document phase for these elements of the Panoway project. The next step is to publicly bid the project, consider approval of the lowest bidder, and work with the selected contractor on a construction plan. Based on this timeline, the construction could start as early as this Spring.
