Bloomington Kennedy High School issued the following announcement on Feb. 06.

Science Olympiad placed third in our region against some very strong competitors on Saturday and will be going to state in March.

Please congratulate our medalists Siri Anderson and Audrey Crippen on their 2nd place bridge design, Siri Anderson, Maddie Houtkooper, & Raymond Tu for 1st place Codebusters win, Rose Alford, Mercury Bertram & Hodan Guled for 2nd in Experimental Design, Ben Gustafson & Maddie Alford for 1st place Scrambler, Emily Kwon & Rose Alford for 1st place in Trajectory, Elli Alford and MaisiePederson for 1st place in Write it Do it, as well as Ruby Bruins & Ayan Hajihassan on their 3rd place JV win in Astronomy.
