The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as provided by State law, to consider adoption of an ordinance amendment Ordinance No. 2022-33.
An Amendment to “Section 4. Effective Date. This vacation shall not be effective unless, prior to June 27, 2023, there has been a (a) “Loan Closing” for the full financing of the “Waterpark Project” as those terms are defined in the Redevelopment Agreement effective March 9, 2022 (City Agreement 2022-209), as it may be amended, and (b) construction of the Waterpark Project improvements has commenced (which may include demolition or excavation); thereafter City will release this Ordinance for recording and publication.”
